Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced/fresher data entry operator/executive to join our busy Office team. As an Executive, you will be reporting to the Office Manager and assisting with various duties. This includes data management, data processing, CV formatting and CV updating.

Proven experience as data entry operator/executive - preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
Experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Good command of English both oral and written
Great attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
