Maintain the kitchen stock and order efficiently
Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs
Check the quality of food
Ensure all responsibilities for daily operations in the kitchen
Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen in terms of floor, roof, utensils and any other
Maintaining and training the all precautionary steps to prevent accidents
In case of query, report to area manager
