About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Measuring out ingredients for various products as per the given recipes

2. Using the measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods

3. Preparing bread, cookies, and pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards under guidance and supervision

4. Packing finished products for display counter/orders and deliveries

5. Following and ensuring compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including utmost personal hygiene procedures

6. Maintaining utmost hygiene and cleanliness of the bakery in an organized manner as instructed
