Description
• Must be a Graduate or equivalent.
• Must have undergone training on lines of COPC (HPMT) or similar training.
• Experience of at least 3 years in a Contact Centre, preferably in Banking Contact Centre.
• Knowledge of Bank's products & processes along with detailed knowledge of Bank products, their uniqueness, comparison to competitors etc. for the business verticals being handled by them.
• Knowledge of channels for which they are responsible (e.g voice, email, web chat, video chat, co-browsing, social media management etc.)
• If external then minimum 18 months experience as a QA.
• If internal then min 18 months or more in the process (this can be altered based on business requirement after obtaining exceptional approval from the Bank)
• No documented disciplinary issues (PIP/ Counselling sheet) in the past six months
• Met Expectation & above rating in last appraisal
