Job Location: Jaipur

Office Timing: +:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be the following:

100% accuracy in Processing of salary by 3rd of each month.

• Bank transfer of the salary on or before 7th of each month.

• Implementing HR policies, systems and processes and keep them updated.

• Preparing salary slips and circulating to all the employees through E-mail.

• Accurately and timely updating the Master Data file in the system. • Handling the grievances of the employees and solving their queries.

• To accurately streamline online attendance and updating the attendance and leave management data on a day-to-day basis through E-mail.

• Responsible for handling employee benefits and maintaining each employee’s personal file.

• Managing confirmation process and timely issuing confirmation letters to the employees.

• Processing F&F (Full and Final).

• Timely submission of weekly and monthly MIS to the Manager-Payroll.

• Managing the process of Exit Analysis BRANCH HR

• Visiting Branches thrice a month to solve the grievances of branch employees.

• Grievance handling of weavers at the grass root level.

• Handling Branch Statutory Compliances.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• MBA & PGDM

• Proven 3 years or above experience as a payroll manager or equivalent role.

• Current knowledge and updates of payroll procedures and related laws. • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.

• Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. SAP, ERP, Saral paypack, Cosec Matrix) and MS Office (especially MS Excel)

• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) Desired Background
