We at JECRC University, Jaipur School of Business are inviting Corporate Mentors/ Trainers/ Professor of Practice to nurture the Future Generation.

With evolving technology and trends, bridging the gap between industry and academia is gaining importance like never before Therefore, JECRC University has developed a Comprehensive Corporate Mentorship Program that allows for the holistic development of the students.

Through this program, we are looking for building mutually beneficial relationships with select corporate mentors, making sure investment and engagement opportunities are advantageous for all the stakeholders.

An engagement of a corporate mentor or a professor of practice will be required for this program. The details of which are mentioned hereunder:

You’ll be our: Corporate Mentor/Trainer/Professor of Practice.

A "Corporate Mentor" or a "Professor of Practice,” is a Business or a Management Expert with 10 years of experience in their area of expertise or experience.

Location: Remote/Hybrid/On-site (JECRC University, Jaipur School of Business)

You’ll be aligned with: The Office of Corporate Relations, Dean, Director, and concerned Professors of JECRC University, Jaipur School of Business.

Here’s what we are looking for:
• A management expert having 10 years of working experience in any management domain.
• At the time of application and appointment, the expert must be associated with a medium to large-scale organization/Startup/Institution of repute, under the capacity of an employee, partner, seasoned entrepreneur, corporate trainer or a seasoned academician.
• Ability to communicate effectively is a must.
• Strong understanding of concepts in your chosen area of expertise is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of the latest tools and technologies necessary to conduct training programmes/lecture sessions.
