CIB|Ops Risk|Cntrl Analyst |Associate

Job Description This role is to own risk assessment of Agent Bank & FMI Due diligence questionnaire and related processes in Mumbai, India. Candidate will work closely withNetwork Management stakeholders, functional stakeholders to deliver on Final Assessment Report (FAR) for third parties. Knowledge of various Operational risk, financial crimes risk, legal and resiliency would be beneficial. Candidate will support Network Managers with risk and action and track them to closure. Candidate will support/ own various work stream or change initiatives for meeting strategic Network Oversight goals. Candidate will partner with Technology and Product owners to implement new strategic programmes and tactical automation projects. This role will require to effectively communicate on daily/weekly/monthly target achievements, burn out charts, graphs and visualisations to senior global stakeholders. Candidate will work in a fast paced environment where there are frequent regulatory changes and technology changes in a global setting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years work experience required Team Management experience is required CIB and/or strong Operations background preferred Experience in Oversight or Due diligence process. Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment Experience in the effective presentation / visualization of data and analytics Excellent oral/written communication skills - comfort interacting with and presenting to senior leaders Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight deadline
