Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for testing the digitalised experience, innovative products in Sam’s Club. The role is of a Software quality engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the testing a new features of feature sets. The role is expected to work independently and create test cases, maintaining automated test pipeline through CI/CD which meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.

As a part of the Sam’s Club at Walmart Global Tech organisation in India your contribution is going to have a significant impact on the day-to-day running of Walmart. You will be challenged with unparalleled complex business problems involving wide business functions, a large numbers of users, and data.

Position Responsibilities
• Applies various testing types and methodologies effectively during the Agile Process.
• Applies automation for the test scenarios with at least one of these languages/Tool, Python/UFT/Java-Selenium.
• Having the awareness to one/many tests automation frameworks
• Demonstrates increasing expertise in application domain and functional areas.
• Taking ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.
• Applies principles of methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
• Experience and expertise in developing test strategies, test plans and test cases
• Writes effective tests according to best practices so that crucial functional requirements are verified and tests remain valid when code is refactored.
• Collaborates with development team in bugs fixing and build plans.
• Implements system-level integration testing and performance testing.
• Skilled in core data structures and algorithms
