CSO-Chief Security Office Overview
Every day Deutsche Bank observes thousands of intrusion attempts. Deutsche Bank's COO Chief Security Office (CSO) integrates both Corporate Security (CS) and Information Security (CISO) as both teams are responsible for mitigating these risks.
The CSO team enables the business of Deutsche Bank by providing agile security operational capabilities. With their expertise in Threat Intelligence, Cyber Threat Analytics, Malware Response & Research, Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Forensics and Vulnerability Management, they provide global services from key locations in Frankfurt, Jacksonville and Singapore while leveraging offshore capabilities in Pune.
Job Description:
• The SOC Cyber Compliance Team Lead will be primary responsible to manage the cyber hygiene team. She will optimize operations processes and manage the vendor team to follow established processes and corresponding workflows. The SOC Cyber Compliance Team Lead will align the operations service with relevant stakeholders and foster automation of existing use cases.

He / She will also be responsible for interacting with Cyber Threat Analytics team/Cloud teams to ensure a smooth handover of new use cases to SOC Cyber Compliance

Your key responsibilities
• Ensure proper training of SOC Cyber Compliance on new use cases which are handed over
• Guide Team in implementing workflows for the new use cases.
• Make any challenges for SOC Cyber Compliance transparent to Management and key stakeholders
• Ensure proper reporting on workload
• Drive automation of every use case who has been in production for 3 months
• Identify risks and escalate these in a timely and effective manner
• Proactively drive improvements of internal processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Meet strict deadlines to complete urgent, e.g., audit related requests
• Take ownership for personal career development and management, seeking opportunities to develop personal capability and improve performance contribution.

Your skills and experience
Technical Experience:
• Experience with Splunk or other database query languages (i.e. SQL)
