Sudhanshu Sharma founded Charitism.com, a donation crowdfunding platform, in 2026 with the purpose of providing everyday donors with 100 percent transparency in the utilisation of their charitable contributions to non-profit organisations.

With the support of 70,000+ contributors, we have funded INR 2.5 crore+ in relief material and impacted 5 lacs+ lives by delivering 4.5 lac cooked food meals, 5000 dry ration kits, 2000 blankets, and feeding 17500 stray animals with the help of 10+ NGOs. Our donors love us for bringing them a safe and secure way to donate, which drives our small team of ten youngsters to work tirelessly.

We're looking for a superstar Technical Lead to assist us in scaling this amazing initiative and serving humanity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and build an efficient, scalable website which can handle thousands of customers at a time.
Adding more features to our existing website which can ease the campaign launching process for campaigners.

Incorporating various tools which can track the users behaviour and other key metrics.

Build APIs which are scalable and can help strategically partner with other companies or organizations.

Adopting and incorporating changes as per the new technologies.

Investigate production issues pertaining to customer features to determine root cause and implement solutions

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure design vision is maintained, the final mark-up is standards compliant, and UI deliverables are completed on time.

Work with the real-time feedback from our users (external and internal) to make the products better.

Should be able completely to revamp the website with guidance from a technical advisor if required

Take ownership of the backend services, ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness, as well as maintaining code quality, organization, and testing/deployment.

Qualifications & Experience

2-5 years of experience in full stack development or similar role

B.Tech/M.Tech from premier colleges are preferred

Hands-on experience in front-end languages preferably React, html5, CSS3,jQuery
