We are looking for a Head of Marketing to oversee all our marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for crafting strategies, promotional events, branding, and leading the marketing team.
Job Responsibilities

Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and plan
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights
Create marketing and branding strategies for new and existing locations
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and trends to translate results into actionable insights Set, monitor, and report on team goals
Set, monitor, and report on team goals
Define brand positioning, and pricing strategies
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional collateral
Hold regular meetings with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard
Attend conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis

Skills and Qualifications

Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
Experience with CRM software
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Creative plus analytical mind
BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
Basic proficiency in HTML, content management systems, and design software
Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
