Consumer Sales Officer

Key Accountabilities

Looking after a set of 150-250 merchants depending on Metro, Mini-Metro or BFLP town

Outlet Coverage on a daily basis as per pre-decided beat plan , 25-40 merchants per day

Daily Order booking from set of merchants assigned for the day

Deliver value targets through width ( lines sold) and depth ( weighted distribution)

Execute Trade Marketing programs at Merchant level

Activated Distribution Shelf Displays, Product Placement at eye-level, POSM material placement etc.

Daily Reporting Attendance, Value Sales Achieved for the day, lines sold

Collections Applicable where credit is given, influence Merchants to pay as per time-lines

Ensure Merchant satisfaction in terms of service given and resolution of issues

Keeping track of competition activity and duly informing TSI/ Senior CSO

Personal Profile: Personal qualities and Skills required

High on discipline execution

Strong Market Working Nimble Agile

Sales Skills- Ability to convince merchants

Data Usage Interpretation

Tech competent for app usage

Influencing skills

Qualifications And Previous Experience

Graduate with minimum of 1 Year of Experience

10+2 with minimum 3 Years of Experience

Experience preferred in one or multiple of the below mentioned categories
• Processed Foods
• Beverages
• Staples
• Home Personal Care

Age Cap 27 Years
