Mechanical Technician | BOILER

We are looking to hire, as a full-time, technician who is specialized in boilers with a mechanical background. An experience with Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Manufacturing plant is a great advantage. You can find more details as specified below.

Overall Profile

The Mechanical Technician should have experience in attending routine & breakdown maintenance of various mechanical equipment, familiar with installing, adjusting, services, and repairs of mechanical equipment's utilized in the "Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Manufacturing plant". Additionally, to provide us support for all the overall facility operation and in maintaining the operation of the facility in compliance with established production schedules and plant output requirements.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance of EPS Machineries such as Boiler, Chiller, Cooling tower, Pre-Expander, Block Molding, Shape Molding, CNC cutting machines, steam pipeline & Silo's System etc.
• Dismantle, overhaul, reassembles, and adjusts, hot wire conveyers, different pumps, valves, Pipeline and all other auxiliary equipment.
• Inspect and lubricates all plant equipment routinely and makes necessary adjustments to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently.
• Operate welding equipment's to repair and maintenance of steam pipe lines.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Location: UAE - Abu Dhabi / Oman/ Qatar

Education Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent certifications

Experience : 5-10 Years in boiler as well as expanded Polystyrene Manufacturing Plant / Equivalent

Salary : As per Mkt Standards
