Job Overview
Topsource worldwide is looking for a talented Content Writer, with experience in Business and Creative Content writing to create compelling content across all its marketing & communication channels including marketing collaterals, customer content, blog posts, white papers, product /offering descriptions, social media content and web copy. Should have solid UX experience and CMS maintenance.
We are looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
The job requires working with SMEs, Sales and Marketing Team to scope the right content and present it in the right context and in a relevant manner, which makes for a great reading experience. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Key Skills:
• Develop and deliver an SEO strategy to achieve growth in organic rankings, sales and traffic
• Identify key SEO growth areas through gap analysis, keyword research and competitor insight to prioritise quick wins alongside longer term goals.
• Develop and deliver a link building strategy
• Create content, improve and maintain the current CMS
• Work with our agency to implement on-site technical SEO changes
• Educate the wider team & business on the importance of onsite & SEO growth and its relevance to overall business growth with regular reporting
• Review UX to improve website usability
• Writing for web such as blogs, social channels and scannable article
