Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Attend daily briefings on daily assigned tasks
• Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms
• Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
• Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to Supervisor
• Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately
• Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor on time
• Report unusual behaviour/activities in the guest room, floors/ public areas to Supervisor
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of hotel job experience
• A warm, people-oriented demeanour
• A team-first attitude
• A gift for paying attention even to the minor details
