Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Sr. Manager – Facilities Develops guidelines for space management and conducts overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration, and ongoing process improvement. Conducts ongoing needs assessment by soliciting divisional headcount information and growth information to determine space needs for future planning.
Proactively manages complete facility maintenance of building/sites including but not limited to maintaining the superior condition of company space; acting as the landlord/vendor liaison.
Coordinates with the Site Facilities head in managing within the department’s SLA and KPIs standards. including but not limited to Facilities Technicians, Service Coordinators, Facilities Systems, Specialists, Security Managers, Directory Assistance/Reception Supervisors, Receptionists, and contracted mailroom operation.
Maintains various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
Coordinates with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service
providers for regular & break down maintenance activities.
Handling Operation & Maintenance of all types of electrical instruments consist of Different types of Lights, UPS, Lights distribution, Power distribution. & Circuit Breakers, etc.
Preparing the PPM schedule and implementing the same with help of Technicians and vendors. Maintaining the record of electrical meter reading, electrical panels, etc.
Operating & maintaining the Diesel generator & CSS. Basement Exhaust system,
