What you’ll do

MIS Executive for leading FMCG Company:: Job location:: JAIPUR

Roles and Responsibilities :

The incumbent shall be responsible for establishing, strengthening & smoothing Unit Market Equipment functions and supporting the unit in growth and profitability.

To provide a single point of contact for Complain Redressal and offering service by coordinating service activity communication between the stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Customer:

Courteous and timely response to customer requests.

Troubleshoot calls to eliminate the need for emergency repair.

Follow up with Service Providers for Service Execution

Maintain Call records and Feedback to Customers & MEM.

Plan Development and Execution

Follow standard procedures to receive customer requests for service and dispatching calls to service technicians. Dispatch repairs to technicians in a timely manner. Support the administration of paperwork needed for MEM activities.

Process Capability

Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity. Accurately maintain and record service activity.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in the FMCG Industry, Immediate Joiners preferred.

Should have knowledge of Basic Excel.
