Position : Electrical Technician-Maintenance work

in Electrical - 5+ years exp
ITI in Electrical - 7+ years exp

Shift Technician - Electrical (Mel-3 GSFC Vadodara):
Hands on experience in purely Chemical/Petrochemical or Similar industries with continous manufacturing process is essential
1Experience of working at 11 KV & KV HV substation is essential
2Operation and maintenance of 11 KV & KV Vacuum Circuit breakers and Switchboards
3Operation and maintenance of LV Air circuit breakers, DOL Starters, Star Delta Starters, Power feeders
4Experience of Numerical Relays of Schneider, ABB, Alstom MICOM etc.
5Hands on experience of Auto Manual Changeover in HV and LV switchboards
6Hands on experience of working with VFDs
(LV VFD knowledge is essential, knowledge of HV VFDs will be added advantage)
7Able to identify and resolve electrical faults by reading electrical drawings, schematic diagrams, interconnection schedule schematics etc.
8Preventive maintenance and Overhauling (Bearing Replacement) of Induction Motors upto KW
+Experience of periodic maintenance and monitoring of HV transformers upto MVA
10Preventive maintenance of Battery bank and battery charger
11Able to attend maintenance of plant & office lighting system
12Able to operate DG Set upto KW ratings
13Good communication skill, Experience of Shift duty, able to take daily readings, report writing etc.
14Hands on Experience of working with HV & LV Meggers, Multimeters, Bearing Analyzers & Vibration meters, 3-Phase Power Analyzers, Clamp ON Meter, Hydrometer
