Position Description

AVP Strategic Development supports management in formulating, executing and communicating the strategy of the bank. They will support executive decision making on Infrastructure strategic matters and takes ownership of the programme management and implementation of associated change programmes. Typically, the Strategic Development specialist supports ‘Change management projects’ through taking ownership for specific parts of the programme management and managing multiple stakeholder interests.

Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Manage project workstreams, potentially on numerous concurrent projects, for delivery of strategic initiatives within a business, function or with a bank-wide scope. Responsibilities include:
