Senior Graphic DesignerPay: $ 2,275 Per Month Profile - Graphic DesignerExperience - 5+ yearsLocation - Permanent Work From HomeAbout the role-Uplers is looking for Sr. Graphic Designers who are passionate about design, want to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and deliver excellent quality graphic solutions (both print and digital) to leading companies across multiple industry sectors. Expert, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly competitive environment, Self-starters who can identify opportunities and potential problems – and address them effectively and efficiently, Excellent communicators with strong organizational, and time management skills.Roles & Responsibilities-- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create promotional and advertising materials in the form of email campaigns, landing pages, websites, presentations, documents, print assets and near ads.- Create illustrations based on given branding guidelines and provided concept sketches to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.- Design presentation materials for communicating to peers and varying levels of stakeholders from cross-functional partners to executive leadership.- Create engaging infographics and information visualizations that clearly convey concepts and insights based on qualitative and quantitative data.- Produce, render and oversee printing tasks, assets and processes to ensure the quality and consistency of the designs.- Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization's creative goals.- Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production-ready assets, and guidelines for usage).- Take design from concept through execution, project managing the work, ensure timely delivery while aligning the stakeholders.- Maintaining the brand's consistency across all the digital designs and printed materials.- QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery- Drive innovation through new workflows, technology, design trends- Creation of print ready assets based on international print guidelines and standards.- Able to ideate and create thoughtfully aligned logos, typography and branding assetsRequirements- - Portfolio is a MUST- 5-+ years of related work experience in Graphic designing.- Mastery of Adobe CC suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)- A passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.Good To Have-- Animating, video editing and 3D skills are a plus, but not essential.- Knowledge of visual digital spaces, UI/UX, and how to leverage social media platforms.Our BeliefAt Uplers we have fostered the philosophy of being a People First organization by going permanently remote.
