Job Description

Role: Service Now Developer

Location – Chennai/ Kolkata/ Bangalore/ Others

Exp. - 4 to 6 years

Must Have Skills - ServiceNow development and Integration experience · JavaScript, Shell scripting, HTML CSS

Roles & Responsibility:
• Associate should have good knowledge on the ServiceNow Application.
• Associate should have complete scripting Knowledge in Business rule, Script Include, Client Script, UI Actions, UI Policy.
• Associate need to have good level of experience with Integration/API’s (REST and SOAP methods), Inbound/Outbound messages and Integration Hub
• Associate should have good knowledge in Access Control Lists (ACL), Transform mapping, Inbound Actions, Transform scripting
• Associate should have knowledge in creating new Catalog item, Workflow, Notification, Email Notification Scripting and pages for self service.
• Associate should have knowledge in Service portal like creating pages, themes, and Widgets.
• Knowledge to handle the incidents, Catalog Task, Scheduled jobs, Reports, Change Management, Table’s creation
• Knowledge on Mid Servers, Mid Server Scripting and Flow designer(Creating flows, actions, subflows)
