Job Summary
• To handle INBOUND Calls.
• Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.

Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.

Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.

Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.

Experience in any Inbound process will be an advantage.

Working days: 5days.

Week Offs: Fixed Offs on every Saturday & Sundays.

Shift Timings: (Night Shift US
