Ecommerce Executive | Elora Fashion

We are looking out for an experienced e-commerce executive. Should be well versed with tools of digital marketing and also experienced in marketplace selling.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of eCommerce portal such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CliQ, Ajio etc. and various other online portals
• Listing/uploading of catalogues/products on eCommerce portals such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CliQ, Ajio etc. and on our brand website
• Inventory management on eCommerce portal and on our brand website
• Data analysis on competitive products and competitors to make recommendations and ensure competitiveness of prices compared to other sellers
• Content/title optimization to improve visibility and traffic to increase sales
• Create maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products prices on the site are correct, updated, and in line with the policy
• Monitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces and websites and Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
• Coordinate with Logistics/Couriers Partners and Vendors on a Daily basis and ensure timely processing of orders
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA and Flipkart FA
• Knowledge of Brand Store on various online portals
• Knowledge of updating offers for sale on various online portals and create implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
• Evaluate technical specifications of the product portfolio and ensuring product quality levels are maintained on regular basis
• Knowledge of Payment reports and payment reconciliation
• Monitoring overall account health, performance, and directly resolving any issues that may arise

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good communication skills and should have sound knowledge about eCommerce business
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. and should know basic email etiquette
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM/Social Media Marketing would be an added advantage
• Experience: 1-2 year preferred
• Education: Graduation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
