job Description/Responsibilities

Managing day to day operations comprising of below activities of Mumbai branch office as an Audit Manager
Borrowers Audits comprising of Due Diligence, Escrow Audits, Stock & Debtors Audit on behalf of 27+ Banks / NBFCs
Credit Audits/Reconciliation/Other Audits of Banks/Banking Clients
Drawing Power Analysis
Preparation of Sanction & Review Notes
CMA data preparation

Interaction with various Bankers/Corporate Clients
Managing & Mentoring team of 5-10 people
Assisting Partner various day to day matters including administration etc
managing all clients based out of Eastern/Western/Southern India
Help Partners build Kolkata/Mumbai/Bangalore branch office by representing Bankers / Corporate Clients & mentoring new team members
Preparing & submitting regular MISs

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Salary upto - + lpa
Minimum qualification:
CA fresher / MBA finance
Minimum 3years of articleship experience from good CA firm
Good understanding of accounting policies and accounting standards
Well versed with auditing techniques/ financial analysis
Work Experience of min 1 year in Bank Audit / Bank and also some experience in debt syndication (CMA, Loans)
Proficient with MS Office/Tally (Preferably having some working knowledge on SAP and other ERPs)
Flexibility with travelling
Hard working and dedicated.
