UI|UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Job Description:

Act as a strategic thought partner in product, design, and development teams to deliver best-in-class product features.
Produce high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive mock-ups in a quick, iterative, and agile environment.
Create and maintain design libraries, best practices, and standards based on user behavior.
Collaborate with remote developers to review designs, and discuss product features and implementation.
Present deliverables to internal team and stakeholders while effectively communicating design decisions' thought processes and strategies.
Effectively manage time, and prioritize designing features across multiple products in an agile environment.
Design complex navigation flows, and turn functional requirements into simple user journeys.
Key Skills:

Minimum 3 years of UI/UX experience.
Creativity and attention to detail with hands-on experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI designer Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
