Director | Credit Risk Reporting

One of our clients who is a leading investment bank with presence across globe is planning to expand their risk reporting team in Mumbai. Hence, actively looking to hire candidates with at least 7+ years of hands-on risk reporting/team management experience within an investment bank or associated consulting firms.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Manage a team of 10 Analysts/Associates in terms of personal development, oversee production to ensure deliverables are on time and are of high quality.
• This role is focused on producing, analyzing, and enhancing Credit and enterprise-wide risk reporting using analytical tools (VBA, SQL, Excel, PowerBI) and PowerPoint.
• Contribute to production and recognize proper delegation, setting of department goals, work on synergies across different teams, projects to increase production.
• Talent rating, appraisal cycle and workflow allocation for the team.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Produce a suite of senior management reports.
• Analyze data to identify key risk trends to be escalated to management.

To be eligible for this role you will require:
• Qualified degree in economics, science, technology, mathematics, engineering.
• Previous experience in data analytics leveraging large data sets and codes (specifically SQL) is mandatory.
• Experience in either market risk/credit risk.
• FRM/ CFA certification would be an advantage.
