About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:

1. Represent Swipe and communicate with customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service in regard to finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in Swipe products

2. Solve highly complex problems (at different levels), involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty; this may include support for an additional product line (frequently, these problems will not only be technically complex but will be politically charged situations requiring the highest level of customer skill)

3. Efficiently manage the relationship with customers and thoroughly document cases

4. Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups to resolve customer issues

5. Collaborate with tech leads and escalation resources when appropriate

6. Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions

7. Consistently share best practices with team members

8. Act as a technical resource for broad and complex issues (you may be assigned to moderately strategic accounts)

+. Develop and deliver 'in-depth' technical training to other engineers

10. Write complex technical articles and sample programs for a knowledge base

11. Maintain strong working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership of product improvement in key product areas

1. Tamil/Kannada language proficiency is a plus
