• Experienced / Non Experienced candidate from Banking sector; having product knowledge for CASA, FD, RD and other banking products
• Maintaining and developing good relationship with customers, Responsible to developing business, maximising revenue generation & achieving sales target, Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
• To cross-sell banking products like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc, with maintain current customers in T Nagar Chennai
• To acquire customers for CASA Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies and corporates

Qualification Criteria to Join Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu
• Applicants with any graduation with at least 60 % marks or equivalent CGPA can apply.
• 1 year sales or marketing experience
• Sales and Influencing Skills
• Team management / Training and developing skills
• Basic Knowledge of Banking Product & Process
