Job Profile- Fashion Consultant

Eligibility: Under Grad/Graduation (Excellent English Communication Skills)

Employment- Full-time

Location – Work from Office at Gurgaon, near Huda City Metro station

Working Days – 5.5 days with rotational week-offs.

Interview Mode – F2F interview

Role Overview: -

Selling the Eye-wear products of Lenskart over voice calls to our customers.

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product offering
Consult with customers on what suites their needs in terms of eyewear designs
Connect with customer to understand their style, features and usage of eyewear and make recommendations accordingly.
Address any questions or issues customers may have related to product design
Always strive towards meeting monthly sales target along with daily productivity targets.
Track and document calls and sales
Salary & Work Shift Details: -

CTC PACKAGE for a Fresher: 2.5 LPA Annual CTC (Fixed - Fresher– Monthly in-hand: INR 17300 approx. + Unlimited Incentives (depending on performance)

CTC PACKAGE for Experienced: Up to3.0 LPA (Fixed – Experienced in-hand: INR 21,500 approx. + Unlimited Incentives (depending on performance)

Lucrative Incentive – Unlimited Incentives

SHIFT TIMINGS: Total + Hours of Shift with 1 Hour of Break

1. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
2. +:00 AM-6:30 PM,
3. 10:00 AM-7:30 PM,

Fixed Shift for Female employees till 7:30 PM.
