Urgent opening for HR Executive in Distillery Industry Derabassi Location

Experience - 3 to 4 Years in Recruitment, Time office management , Payroll & compliances

Salary - 12,000 to 15,000 per month gross

Qualification - B.B.A / MBA / Graduate / HR-related

Job Profile

Training new or existing employees.

Reviewing resumes and applications.

Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.

Overall responsibility for payroll Processing and administration.

Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.

Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

Knowledge of statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, labour law and record information on a timely...
