Sales Administrator Job Summary :

- We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team and help us achieve our goals.

You will provide support for our Sales Account Managers. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a passion for delivering high quality customer service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities :

- Provide auxiliary support for Sales staff and their customers
- Assist in the creation of quote configurations, verifying order and invoice accuracy
- Liaison with the Customer Success department to ensure a positive customer outcome
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM
- Tasks, Action Items, Calendar Invites, Etc.
- Track Renewals
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up to date with new products and features
