Job Description:-

Global Sourcing & Procurement of Industry Mineral Ore products, New vendor Development domestic & international, Also responsible for Vendor Management and Vendor Payments and Vendor rating, Communication with clients for pre sales & post sales documentation, dispatch updates etc, Liaising with CHA & shipping lines for the custom clearance of Import and export movement and Arranging Local Transportation. Checking and Clearing CHA and Transporter Bills, Shipment Bookings, freight negotiations etc, Liaising with inspection agencies like SGS, IGI, AHK etc. for arranging inspection at load port & destination ports, Co-ordination for EPCG License, Advance License and MEIS with DGFT agent, Checking import tariffs & trade agreement for our products from different countries to get duties & other benefits, Preparation of documents such as invoice, packing list, BL draft, COO, MSDS, Bill of Exchange, Cover Letter, LC...
