Job Description

Logistic Lead
• Taking care of all the Export-Import and Logistics Activity including Customer Orders, Export Monthly Planning, Procurement Planning, Export Dispatch Planning through AIR/SEA.. Imports of Air / Sea Shipments. Bill Scrutiny, Monthly MIS, Etc.
• Monitoring overall Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment Documents.
• Handling Container & Stuffing Plan for Export Shipments.
• Liaising with Factory for Export dispatches and arranging for transportation.
• Liaising with CHA for Export Clearance.
• Liaising Export Post Shipment Documents with Bank under DA/DP/ADVANCE & LC documents.
• Handling MEIS and Duty Drawback Scheme and DGFT issues.
• Handling Hazardous Shipments.
• Freight Quotes and Freight Negotiation with Forwarders for Sea & Air Shipments.
• Handling Import Shipments both by Sea & Air.
• Monitoring monthly Sales Booking under ERP system.
• Maintaining monthly MIS Reports and Freight Provision.
• Coordination with Production and Procurement Teams,
