Job Description

Experience Minimum 3 Years Relevant Experience in Pega Admin with CSA Certified

Job Description Must have good knowledge on following

? Pega Administration:

? Installation

? Upgrades

? Patching

? Infrastructure sizing

? Application server sizing

? Pega platform Administration

? Pega Devops:

? Deployment Manager

? Pipeline Administration

? Pega CICD

? Application Server Administration:

? Tomcat / WebLogic / WebSphere

? Database Administration per scope of Pega Admin:

? DB Sizing

? DB Design per scope of pega administration

? Performance

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Should have excellent verbal and written communication skill.

? Flexible to work in Support and AM work is necessary.

? Knowledge of working on Pega Platform related tickets using Service Now Ticketing tool.

? Follow project processes and maintain Project related documents on timely basis.

? Flexible to work in shifts on rotational basis.
