SAP SuccessFactors RCM and EC Consultant

We are looking for an SAP SF RCM and EC professional to join our team! As an SAP SF you professional should have the ability to implementation, Configuration, consulting needs and work with the customers to create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.

Roles and responsibilities
• EC- Must have experience on end-to-end implementation on Employee Central Core, variable pay, business rules, mass load data conversion
• Understand security RBP.
• Good understanding of Recruiting processes
• Experience with two or more SuccessFactors Recruiting Implementation and/or Support projects
• Solid understanding of data flow and associations within the Recruiting process steps from Req creation/posting to hire
• Deep experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations
• Experience with Ad hoc re
