Job Description:
• Drafting and reviewing client agreements
• Reviewing and Editing vendor agreements
• Preparation and Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Drafting and communicating Legal Notices whenever needed
• Ensuring end to end arbitration process as and whenever needed
• Assisting company legal firm with litigation issues and as and when needed
• Drafting company policies in guidelines with government documents
• Management of company IP and Patents as and when needed
• Assisting with ESOPs and equity allocation as and when needed
• Formulating plan and deployment of SME IPO with respective broker and PE
firms
Requirements:
• At-least 5 years of experience post-graduation
• At-least 2 years of experience in labour law
• At-least 1 year of litigation experience in district court of Pune
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be a Team Player
• Experience in a process-oriented environment using tools such as Trello etc.
