Job Description

(i) Build an effective compliance framework to ensure adherence/compliance by the business of the various laws, regulations, taxes , rules, licences etc across geographies Being the SPOC for Modulo or any other R&C tool to capture the compliance requirements under various laws and contracts on an ongoing basis Responsible for remedial actions based on legal compliance risks identified in the R&C tool like Modulo

(ii) Review of existing business practices including employee related matters and ensuring compliance in all geographies

(iii) Setting up a network of legal consultants in various geographies for various compliances for liaising with law firms as and when needed;

(iv) Support for establishment of new branches and subsidiaries

(v) Support for legal support on Immigration, IP and non...
