Job Summary:

Concord is looking for a Front-end developer who is self-motivated and has the expertise to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. The candidate will be responsible for building client-side web application and should be able to translate our company needs into functional and interactive applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop new customer-facing application/ features
Determining the structure and design of web pages
Ensuring user experience determines design choices
Developing features to enhance the user experience
Building reusable code for future use.
Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
Troubleshoot front-end technical or performance issues that may arise
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills Required:

Understanding of key design principles
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
Good understanding of Angular, ReactJS
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling
Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Good understanding of code versioning tools (GIT/ SVN)
Knowledge of task runners and build tools, such as Grunt or Gulp
Knowledge of .Net Core is plus
Knowledge of NodeJS is desirable
Experience in deployment using containers is desirable.
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5-8 years of web development.
2-3 years of work experience in Javascript frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS
