Technical Business Analyst Job description-

Job Responsibility:

1. Translate complex business needs into functional requirements documents that Developers will use to make system enhancements to meet business needs.

2. Document data flow diagrams and business process flows.

3. Responsible for the procurement, documentation, and analysis of requirements from business stakeholders as they pertain to POS.

4. Conduct requirement analysis and define functional specification documents.

5 Understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and take high-level requirements to a greater level of detail.

6. Conduct requirement elicitation thorough cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies. Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology.

7. Understand and anticipate business priorities and align requirements accordingly.

8. Conceptualize new offerings and translate them into functional specifications

+. Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure the system is designed as per the client's requirements.

10. Be involved daily with the Agile Scrum process and software development life cycle, including using JIRA, Rally, and Confluence, as well as documenting and working through systems issues as part of a business analysis team.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in requirement elicitation; creating business requirement documents; leading design and translating high-level business requirements into functional requirements.

2. Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3. Experience using the Agile Scrum process, including using JIRA.

4. Experience using Visio to develop workflow and UML diagrams, and working in the Cable and Telecommunication industry.

5. Should have Technical knowledge like .Net and SQL

6. Should have knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycle
