Content development for Pre-Primary and Primary schools textbooks and assessments suitable for online teaching-learning also

· Content Creation and Content enrichment for Existing textbooks.

· Incorporating the best pedagogical practices into the content design

· Granularizing the content into bite-size units and identifying key learning objectives to create lesson flows that enhance students' learning.

· Coordinate with the graphic media team to create necessary visual aids to be used in content.

· Design in-class and post class assessments and worksheets

· Curate the learning content based on specific requirements

· Designing strategic interventions to assess student learning and engagement.

· Develop and design PPTs as per the teaching-learning cycle

Must-have skills

· Bring innovation and creativity in approach to make learning and teaching simple.

· Ability to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Subject matter expertise in any of the following subjects: EVS, Math, Science, Social Studies and English

· Good content writing skill in the relevant subject, excellent knowledge of concepts and learning objectives

· Activity-oriented teaching using creative and innovative teaching techniques.

· Logical and clear in presentation of the lesson plan with relevant structure.

· Aware of teaching as per instructions given in the syllabus and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plans.

· Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Candidate must have a laptop or personal computer.

Candidate must be active on mails and calls throughout the hiring and training process.
