This role belongs to our Commercial Interiors / Livspace for Business org, which helps businessess to Livspace their Work Space, Retail Space, Hotel Space, Healthcare Space and here's what expected out of this proposed role in this exciting team :
• Responsible for clearance of all Snags list created by the Site team and the client
• Coordinating and aligning the resources (Manpower + Material) to capture the snag points as per the client expectations
• Ensure the snags are closed in a timely manner ensuring the quality of the finish
• Should have detailed knowledge of technical details of commercial fit-out
• Coordinate with the project team and client spock for closure of snags and getting sign off of the same
• Need to track and record the onsite expense for the snag clearance, Should have decent knowledge of the market standards goods and services.
• Local vendor base for most of the categories of work is an added advantage

Job Requirement
• 3-5 Years of experience in Snag clearance of commercial Interior fit-out projects
• Architecture / Civil Engr. / Interior Designer Equivalent diploma Background preferred
• Similar experience in Snag Team / Handover Team / Last mile Operations
• Vendor coordination and conflict resolution
• Good communication skills for internal & external coordination
• Detailed knowledge of the interior fit-out execution process and quality as per industry standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external resources
