Job Description
• Preparation and Execution of training plan
• Conduct effective training session
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, ROI and summarize report
• Plan and Manage Training Budget
• Administration of Training Centre
• Responsible for training and coaching of Trainee engineers Key player in preparation of Technical training modules and documentation .
• Being one point contact for multi products lines like GCS 001 ,S3300 ,S5300,S5400 & S5500.
• Responsible for planning and executing the training calendar and other activities in organization.
• Key player in ISO audits both internal and external.
• Assisting the field technicians and engineers by conducting OJT for reaching their goals of certifications.
