Now at a cusp of PAN India multi-laboratory expansion, GD is seeking intelligent and experienced personnel to help set up and manage the massive scale-up of its operations across key cities of India.

Position: Lab Technician ( Navi Mumbai) Male Candidates only.
• Junior Scientific Officers
• DMLT
• BSC MLT
• CMLT
• M.Sc (Biochemistry / Microbiology/ Biotechnology or other related subject ) –
• B.Sc with DMLT
• B.Sc Biochemistry / Microbiology/ Biotechnology or other related subject with minimum 1 year experience .

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Provides effective leadership of the medical laboratory service including budget, planning and financial management, in accordance with institutional assignment of such responsibilities.

2. Relate and function effectively with: Applicable accrediting and regulatory agencies, appropriate administrative officials. The healthcare community, The patient population served, Providers of formal agreements when required.

3. Ensures that there are appropriate members of staff with the required education, training and competence to provide medical laboratory services that meets the needs and requirements of users.

4. Ensures the implementation of quality policy

5. Implements a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable requirements

6. Serves as a contributing member of the medical staff for those facilities served, wherever applicable and appropriate

7. Ensures the provision of clinical advice with respect to the choice of examinations, use of the service and interpretation of examination results
