About Position

We are looking for a seasoned .Net WinForms Development Lead to work on high demand product for the US Healthcare Insurance companies. You will be interacting with client and multiple scrum teams, You will be leading offshore team while also working on user stories individually. To ensure success as a .Net WinForms Development Lead, you should exhibit advanced .Net WinForms software development skills along with excellent communication skills and extensive experience in collaborating on software development projects. As a first-class .Net WinForms developer your software development expertise should translate into quality deliverables on time.

What You'll Do
• Work on user stories and collaborate with Scrum team/s.
• Write clean, elegant, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Refactor code wherever possible and applicable to reduce technical debt.
• Review approach and code for junior team members
• Resolve any impediments for junior team members
• Interact and work closely with client lead and represent offshore team

Expertise You'll Bring
• Overall experience on .Net (WinForms) with design and development Must Have
• Hands on experience on DevExpress controls or any 3rd party Controls Good to have
• Hands on experience on NUnit Testing (With automation - Advantage)
• Good understanding of design pattern and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Exposure in Perfmon/ANTS Performance tool (Good to have)
• Exposure of Ranorex Automation tool (Good to have)
