We are hiring for the role of Data Entry operator for the well known MNC FMCG company, position based at Mumbai - Vikhroli Location. (Paid Internship)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation : Data Entry operator
Location : Vikhroli - Mumbai
Experience : 0 to 1 years
Qualification : Any Graduate

Duration : 3 Month and 1 Month

Basic Requirement - Working on MS Excel.
Job Description
2 Contract Employees for 3 months and 6 contract employees for 1 month
First Contract EE for 3 months:
1. Printing the documents from one drive and filing them in personal files (Newly Created).
2. Proper segregation in the compactor for easy retrieval in future.
Second Contract EE for 3 months:
1. Calling up employees and asking them to fill the PF withdrawal form
2. Checking the forms for completeness (will be trained to check the mandatory fields)
3. Preparing a tracker and sharing with Manager for release of payment.
Six Contract EE for 1 month:
1. Handling Personal files, extracting the data from the personal files and updating the tracker (already prepared) and placing them back in the same carton (no mixing of files).
2. Pasting stickers on the Personal Files for easy retrieval in future (stickers will be readymade, only pasting activity is to be taken care by them).
