Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for: -
• Developing models and drawings, quantities take off/ Schedules
• Understanding client requirements and standards for developing models, details and drawings.
• Ensuring QC process is being followed, delivery to the right quality and timelines
• Standardizing workflows based on the project requirements and managing electronic information
• Coordination with BIM coordinators and Project Managers
• Promotes standardization of components and processes
• Upskilling and conducting training sessions for team members

Candidate Specification

The Candidate Should Have
• A Diploma in respective Engineering discipline.
• Relevant years of experience in the field of Modelling. Experience in Power/Energy projects would be preferred. Experience in other sector can be considered if the candidate has expertise in modelling and detailing of RCC and structural steel structures.
• Should be conversant with various Autodesk and Bentley softwares on BIM platform such as Revit/ Civil 3D.
• Should be well conversant with 2D/3D detailing using Autocad and Revit
• Should be technology focused and understand industry developments
• Should be able to guide, troubleshoot and train team members to perform varied levels of development in BIM projects and drive outcomes
• Should be able to assist in Modelling and Extraction of deliverables
• Good communication skills and leadership skills
• A professional attitude towards work and self-motivated
• Be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills
