• Third Level support for SAP basis independently within the SAP Landscape - Support in day to day operations and Projects
• Manage the service provider for systems within responsibility of the resource.
• Support the team in India in all SAP Basis related topics to increase their technical knowledge thus enabling them to support daily activities independently.
• Manage Maintenance Projects within lifecycle activities for the SAP Landscapes.
• Support SAP Basis relevant transactions and activities on productive client level, like performance analysis, route cause analysis, monitoring, archive link, DB statistics and indices management, queue management, interface management, transport management, SAP router, SAP marketplace etc.
