About The Role
We require a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Regional Office. The main responsibility of this role is to clean all assigned areas at our Regional Office effectively safely and to a high standard with additional cleaning of Nazareth Care's onsite bungalow as and when required.
This role is for 10 hours per week over a 3 day period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To clean assigned areas of Regional Office using the correct equipment and materials.
• To replenish supplies of disposable items including soap paper hand towels and toilet paper
• Cleaning mopping hovering of all communal areas including all toilets and washroom facilities
• To empty all bins (excluding sanitary) and arrange furniture in an orderly manner
Bungalow:
• Hoover, mop and clean where necessary including all communal areas, including kitchen
• Change bed sheets when and where required, hover and dust
• Clean, mop and sanitise ensuite bathrooms of bedrooms
All posts offered are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS disclosure.
About You
The ideal person for this role would have previous cleaning experience but this is not desirable and full training will be provided. It is essential you have good communication skills and can work well within a team and individually. The role would suit someone who has has a flexible approach and is energetic and hard working.
It is important that you have excellent record keeping, good communication and time management skills. You'll have great knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. It is essential that you have the ability to prioritise tasks and have the ability to supervise, lead and develop the housekeeping team members.
