Process: Technical Support/ Customer Service/ Night shift/ Voice

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Candidates must have good communication in English.

• Candidates must have Experience in Technical Support (Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)

• German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.

• Should be flexible in working in Night Shift

• Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs

• Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week.

• Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month + Incentives

• 24 casual leaves in a year +15 comp off + Paid B'day leave

• No extension of shift timing

Walk-in b/w :12 am-5 pm (Monday -Saturday)

Qualifications

· Must Have Experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support more than 1 year

· Must know how to close calls

· Must have good convincing and sales skills.

· Must be fluent in English Speaking.

Additional Information

1) Salary on 1st of every month.

2) Spot LOI

3) 24 PL + 15 Comp off + Paid B' day leave.

4) No extension of shift.

5) 1 Roaster off in a week + Rotational Shift.
