Job Description: CRM Lead
Job Location: Thane, Mumbai, MH
Job Experience Required: 10-12 years SAP CRM lead & has to handle team deliverables
Experience & Job Description as Listed Below:
• Experience in at least 2 E2E Implementation projects and one support.
• Configuration and good knowledge about service order processing, lead and opportunity management
• Should know about implementing validations to bring in controls in CRM.
• Experience of CRM Web UI Enhancements
• Experience with SAP ABAP programming knowledge including BADIs, BAPIS & IDOCs
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose CRM issues including debugging skills
• Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.
• Design and implement Best Practice SAP CRM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards
• Can prepare specifications, estimates, and solution documentation to support work completed
